Ms. Kristi Furrer has over 30 years of public relations and marketing experience in helping technology companies achieve rapid growth. She has an extensive communications background from highly successful venture capital start-ups, such as Wellfleet Communications, to Fortune 50 firms such as Fujitsu. Kristi has successfully and repeatedly launched both products and businesses.

Her strong public relations expertise, coupled with diverse marketing experience, enables her to understand and address the key drivers influencing strategic business plans. Throughout her professional career, Kristi has focused on communications and multi-disciplinary management skills to successfully create, launch, and maintain marketing campaigns.

Kristi is a founder and COO of AI innovator, Causaility. Previously, she served as the fractional CMO for RYLTI, the biomimetic AI pioneer. Kristi has also led the PR communications and marketing campaigns for HD Medical, where she was named VP Marketing and PR. Earlier, she served as the Director of Corporate Communications for Objectivity and held Senior PR and Marketing positions at leading advanced technology companies. She is the founder, owner, and managing partner of Golden Impressions Marketing, Inc. 

Scott Lythgoe

Mr. Scott Lythgoe, with over 30 years of management experience, has a comprehensive background encompassing sales, marketing, and business development. He has an extensive knowledge base built from venture capital-backed start-ups, such as Symbolics, to Fortune 500 firms such as Ball Corporation where he launched Ball Wireless and served as the Director of Marketing and Sales for this highly profitable division.

Scott’s strengths include his organizational and strategic planning coupled with market identification and penetration experience. He repeatedly conceives of and executes programs that identify and develop new market segments or redefine products to improve company positions.

With his technical and operations expertise, Mr. Lythgoe establishes comprehensive marketing programs, develops and implements major account programs, and successfully launches new businesses and product lines. Recently, Scott co-founded Causaility, an AI data analytics company, where he serves as President. He is an owner and managing partner of Golden Impressions Marketing, Inc. 

Victor Rumana

Mr. Victor Rumana has extensive Senior Level Financial and Operational expertise in a variety of industries, including healthcare, telecommunications, aerospace & defense, transportation, and manufacturing.

Overall, he has 30+ years of senior-level financial experience, with such companies as, Ernst & Young, Owens Illinois, Ball Corporation, Odetics, and Citra Health. Additionally, he has 15+ years of consulting experience with Resource Global Professionals, Robert Half Management Resources, and Protiviti.

Victor’s capital markets experience includes initial public offerings, private placement financing, strategic alliances, and several M&A transactions.

He also has a professional background in business development, supply line management, strategic planning, SEC reporting, and treasury functions. Victor has international business experience in China, Europe, and Central America.

He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado, an M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, and is a CPA in the State of Colorado. He is a Senior Business Services Advisor to Golden Impressions Marketing, Inc.
