Parking is less than favorable but we survived. People race through without knowing if someone is pulling out of their parking spot. Not nearly enough handicap parking and anyone with lung issues the fumes are choking you

Its a nice and small outdoor area with great restaurants and shopping for a closer option than the Avalon. The grass pad area and covering is really nice for little ones to run around. The sandbox is fun but in direct sun for most part. The ball cage and connect the dot toys are a great addition to the play area.
